Dr. Michael Liu, representing ALLBRIGHT & RIGHT, participated in the arbitration seminar organized by CIETAC – A Three Rules Comparative Arbitration Scenario – in Kempinski Hote, Beijing on May 19, 2008. There Dr. Michael Liu discussed with the panelists on the questions of consolidation and perjury in the process of international arbitrations in China, Hong Kong and Switzerland.
